MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to the head of business analytics (Asia Pacific) in Richemont, you will be adept at managing and overseeing multiple projects and analytics. You will have extensive experience in project management methodologies and technologies, and a great interest in the luxury business.
The Booster & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the deployment of our B2B tool within China.
He/she is in charge of:
- Business data and analytics including full data accuracy
- Management responsibility for the B2B tool & related Group tools
- Animation of the regional B2B tool & related groups tools community (internal/external)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with the head of business analytics (Asia Pacific), the Booster & Analytics Manager will be responsible for:
Project Management:
- Local coordination of the B2B tool project roll-out & releases
- Communication to all local key stakeholders
- Ensure the B2B tool answers local specificities (needs, alignment, testing...) & is well adopted/used
Data Analytics
- Monitoring of our Watch Maisons business performance (ex. wholesale sell-out) & creation of insightful analytics to help them optimize their performance
- Systematic data reliability checks & monitoring of data accuracy & escalation to Maison team in case of inconsistencies / critical issues
Training & Support
- Perform training and support key users for our B2B & BI tools & other related group tools including animation of the regional key user community
- Training of dealers on B2B tool (on demand by Maisons/brand managers)
PROFILE
Diplomas:
- Degree holder with IT/business management background preferred
Experience:
- At least 5 years successful business experience in consulting, and/or strategic project management in complex and multicultural organizations (less experience will be considered as assistant manager)
Behavioral and other Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Diplomatic, service and result oriented
- Entrepreneurial, innovative and team oriented
Languages:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Good command of English
