Spacey Jane waved good riddance to 2020 with a special hometown performance, and now they've shared a video highlight from the set: a performance of 'Booster Seat'.
The foursome played the Fremantle Arts Centre on 31 December, with support from Carla Geneve and Supathick, and had the whole South Lawn singing along during 'Booster Seat', from their debut album Sunlight.
"Ahhh 2:40 onwards is v special to us," the band wrote online, referring to the point where the audience joins in on the bridge. "Really hoping to be playing for you all soon ❤ fingers crossed that 2021 brings us all a little bit closer."

A certified fan favourite with a chorus we hailed as among 2020's best lyrics, 'Booster Seat' typifies the mix of sunny and sad that made the songs on Sunlight unique, and helped Spacey Jane top the triple j listener 2020 album poll.
The band are also making a big push for 'Booster Seat' in the Hottest 100. It's already earned votes from fellow artists like Ball Park Music, Yours Truly, Sycco, and Ocean Alley, who called it "a warm and nostalgic masterpiece with thoughtful storytelling and instrumentation to match."
